By creating an account on NoFilter AI (nofilterai.cc) or using the API you accept these terms.

The service

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for one hosted language model. The service is provided as is, without uptime guarantees.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and for everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it leaks.

Acceptable use

You must be an adult. You may not use the API for anything illegal where you live, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used this way.

Billing

Usage is charged per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Trial credit expires 7 days after signup. Paid credit does not expire.

Refunds

Credit is not refunded. Credit is a prepaid balance for using the API. Once a payment has been added to your account, it is final and is not paid back.

Credit never expires, so nothing you pay for is lost. Paid credit stays on your account until you use it, whether that is tomorrow or a year from now.

The one exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you were not able to use, in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you give us in writing.

Mistakes are always put right. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or one top-up was charged twice, write to us through the Support page with the transaction details and we will fix it. That is not a refund request, and there is no time limit on it.

Trial credit is free and is meant for trying the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, and it expires 7 days after signup.

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

NoFilter AI is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owners.

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
